Performance Management
Individuals deserve an accurate review of how they are doing their job. Yet, performance management initiatives are often in alignment with the company as a whole, but not with the job.
Performance management must be job related. Therefore, we need a performance management system that is designed specifically for the job; not the company, or even the department, but the job itself.
