"If A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words, Then A Demonstration Is Worth A Thousand Pictures. TTI Wants to Demonstrate the Power of Our Solutions."

-Bill Bonnstetter
President of Target Training International

Behavioral Intelligence™

Knowledge is the strongest modifier of behaviors. If we know and understand our behaviors, we are then able to adapt them to make every situation effective. Perception is reality, and often it is the perception of other’s that is most insightful. To gain this behavioral knowledge, you must use an assessment that will allow you to see yourself as others do. You cannot adapt your behavior until you know where you are coming from.

Once you understand and appreciate your behavioral styles, you can begin to build Behavioral Intelligence™ - the ability to act in ways dependent on situational demands. With Behavioral Intelligence, you can assess the situation and alter your behaviors for effective communication, decision making and conflict resolution. Applying Behavioral Intelligence to fit the situation leads to success.

The application of Behavioral Intelligence is unlimited, as it can be adapted towards all aspects of life. For example, Behavioral Intelligence directly applies to relationship selling. If a sales person is presenting a product to a potential buyer with an Analyzer behavioral style, they should stress the guarantee, warranty and lifetime dependability of the product. In fact, the sales arena was the beginning of TTI’s research, as Bill Bonnstetter made the connection between behavioral styles and the appearance of a farmstead. With that information, he utilized Behavioral Intelligence to blend his sales presentation with the behavioral style of the prospect, or farmer. View TTI's Agricultural eLearning for a closer look at Bill’s Buyer Blending System research.

  • 800 people at one company were trained on the idea of Behavioral Intelligence, resulting in a 50% increase in employee satisfaction.
  • One payroll company found TTI’s seminars, conducted by our Value Added Associate, to be “insightful and thought provoking” as they demonstrated the importance of Behavioral Intelligence in a team environment.
